Relocating? We can help! We start by helping you downsize so you don’t pay to move stuff you no longer need. In the process we organize and de-clutter which naturally leaves you with a beautifully staged home. We have great success staging homes for sale using what the client has on hand. This makes it easy to live in your home while it’s on the market. We give you tools so you can quickly tidy up for a showing. We even provide “pre-showing” tidying services. We assist with pre-packing for a move by boxing up personal items and family photos unnecessary for daily living. We reposition furniture and artwork, always considering the suggestions of your real estate agent. The homes we stage sell very quickly as they are uncluttered, universally appealing, make the most of space available, and showcase the homes nicest furnishings. When the house sells we can be there on moving day to help liaison with movers. At the new house we help with furniture placement, decorating, and hanging artwork. We unpack the entire home and put everything away. We begin when the movers start unloading the truck and don’t stop until your beds are ready to crawl into, toiletries and towels are laid out, and the coffee pot is set up for the morning.
